Mental Health Training in the Workplace
Simply speaking, mental health impacts how we think, feel and behave.
And how we think, feel and behave is central to how we show up at work and in life – impacting our performance, our relationships and our sense of wellbeing.
Mental health is at the heart of what we focus on at POINT3 Wellbeing. With 1 in 4 experiencing poor mental health in a given year, we want to help people to support themselves and each other, so that as many as possible have the opportunity of fulfilling their potential.
The pressures of modern day work and life means that stress, burnout and poor mental health is increasingly of concern for individuals and employers.

MHFA Meet-ups
We are a founder-run organisation that hail from the corporate world – so we understand the real-world impact of working in high-pressure environments. We’ve taken this collective real-life experience and coupled it with re-training and collaborations with doctors and psychologists to ensure all of our content is grounded in science and is rigorously quality controlled.
Our mission is to help people to stress less and smile more. Taking care of people at work and in life has ripple effects far and wide. Through mental health training and other wellbeing services, we motivate, educate, and engage employees to be as balanced, resilient, and productive as possible, regardless of inevitable change and disruption.
But don’t just take our word for it! Check out what our clients say here.
It is a recommendation by The Health & Safety Executive (HSE), not a law, that workplaces have Mental Health First Aiders on hand in the same way as you have physical first aiders. That said, this is regularly being campaigned for in parliament and may come into effect at some point in the future. It is our belief that mental health should be treated in the same way as physical health by employers.
