From our inception, our mission has been to help people “stress less and smile more”.
And in that time and over the last 10 years, we have seen a gradual increase in reported levels of stress, with stress recognised by the World Health Organisation as the epidemic of the 21st century.
Our mindset training helps people in the workplace to raise their self-awareness and motivates them with practical action-based tools to help manage the inevitable stresses of work and life, setting them up to be healthy and high performing, day-to-day.
These immersive and interactive seminars are suitable for different cohorts – managers, teams or employees who want to gain insight, understanding and tools to help them – and those around them – to cope better with the inevitable pressures of work and life.
Delivered by trainers (Nicky and Sarah) who come from the corporate world and understand the pressures that busy professionals face. All our training is approved by doctors and psychologists.
The training is packed with theory, self-reflection exercises and practical tools designed to empower individuals to take personal responsibility, as well as develop key human skills such as self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation and resilience.
From 30 – 60 minutes – pick and mix a training experience of modules to meet your business needs.
