Human Skills Training for Rising Leaders – equipping managers to unlock the highest potential/performance – in themselves + their team.

In a world where divides are widening, burnout is rising and technology is fast evolving, we believe it is more important than ever that we develop workplaces filled with human leaders and managers.

As a leader, we have the potential to raise those we lead to their highest potential. And we have the potential to lower those we lead to their lowest potential.

With focused knowledge, awareness, tools and practice, leaders have the potential to foster inclusivity, trust and connection – to build healthy and high performing teams.

Taking place in Central London (location to be confirmed), our two day training experience is designed to help managers lead with confidence and competence, and humanity and humility.

In recent years there’s been a lot of additional pressure put onto managers. Alongside the technical day job and targets, people managers are now – more than ever – also expected to support the welfare of their team and create team environments that feel inclusive and safe for their employees to thrive within.

It is little wonder that 1 in 2 managers are feeling burnt out.

‘Raise Your Human Game’ is an immersive training-meets-coaching experience that provides time and space for rising leaders to focus on the human part of the job.

Topics covered over the two days:

  • Understanding ourselves better
    • Getting friendly + familiar with “who I am” – to bolster self-awareness + drive high performance.
  • Building resilience to manage change
    • Developing the mindset + skills to adapt to uncertainty + thrive amidst change.
  • Balancing burnout + performance
    • Being able to mitigate the risk of burnout to optimise high performance.
  • Understanding others better
    • Recognising our differences (+ similarities) to avoid conflict, misunderstanding + frustrations + enable collaboration.
  • Collaborating for success
    • Understanding (+ embracing) the key ingredients for a high performing team (e.g psychological safety).
  • Being an inclusive leader
    • Bridging gaps in DEI knowledge through an inclusion mindset, to encourage greater team empathy, collaboration + innovation.
  • Having courageous conversations
    • Approaching a challenging conversation with confidence + competence.
  • Keeping curious
    • Embracing a growth mindset to continue to develop as a high performing individual + team.
