The Leadership Series

Raise Your Human Leadership Game

Raise Your Human Game (RYHG) is a training experience designed to future-proof your workforce by cultivating leadership qualities in everyone, regardless of their role within your organisation.

Since Covid-19, the pressure on everyone has intensified, with managers arguably the cohort most impacted. In addition to their technical responsibilities, managers are now, more than ever, expected to support their team’s welfare and create inclusive and safe environments for up to five different generations of employees. It’s no surprise that 52% of managers are feeling burnt out*.

Our RYHG training is tailored to provide everyone in the workplace with the opportunity to develop essential relationship skills, emotional agility, and the ability to navigate challenging scenarios with greater ease.

The training is immersive and experiential, offering ample space for deep conversations, alongside theoretical learning and skills practice.

What’s more, it’s very action-orientated with time set aside at the end for group action planning, as well as individual action planning.

Why are Human Skills Relevant in the Workplace?

Human Skills (sometimes referred to as soft skills or emotional intelligence) are an essential skill to have in the workplace. By  understanding and managing emotions through human skills training, you can:

☑️ Better connect with your colleagues and create a more positive work environment.

☑️ Build relationships with clients and colleagues

☑️ Help resolve conflicts, which can lead to increased productivity and results

☑️ Become more stress-aware and accountable, leading to greater resilience In fact, emotional intelligence—the ability to, say, understand your effect on others and manage yourself accordingly—accounts for nearly 90% of what moves people up the ladder when IQ and technical skills are roughly similar. – Harvard.edu

Who can Benefit from Human Skills Training?

Our sessions are designed to help anyone in the workplace who regularly works with people or teams – this could include employees, team leaders, HR management, and managers.

During all training sessions, participants will learn:

  • Key principles of human skills (emotional intelligence) and how it can be applied to work-life
  • The importance of self-awareness, empathy, and understanding the motivations of others
  • How to manage their own emotions, as well as to communicate and collaborate with colleagues effectively

While these skills are valuable for anyone in the workplace, human skills training for managers is essential for gaining a deeper understanding of your team members and implementing stress management.
