While lockdown is tough (for many reasons), one thing that’s certain is that it will come to an end. We will get through this.

And wouldn’t it be great if we could come out the other side stronger – mentally, physically, emotionally – than before, and with some new healthy habits to help us cope with challenges in the future.

Join POINT3 Wellbeing on our 12 Week Being More Mindful journey… Starting on Monday 1 June at 7pm.

This week (w/c 18 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is kindness… and we believe kindness starts at home… 

So, be kind to yourself, and gift yourself the time and permission to focus on you. Time for you to develop a greater awareness and understanding of your needs, interests and priorities in life. 

You will come away with practical tools and healthy habits to support you better through challenging times ahead.

What can you expect? 

The Being More Mindful 12 week journey guides you through different themes – that all influence wellbeing – and gives you time to connect with yourself over the next 3 months. 

The framework mixes theory with coaching tools and techniques designed to motivate, educate and energise you to be the best version of you – thriving and able to cope with whatever life throws at you.

How do you get involved?

Register via eventbrite. There are two tracks. 

Track One – includes three live group coaching sessions taking place on Monday 1 June (programme launch), Monday 13 July and Monday 24 August, all between 7pm-8pm.

Track Two – includes 12 weekly live group coaching sessions taking place every Monday following the programme launch on 1 June, all between 7pm-8pm.

Both tracks include a (soft copy) journal and 12 weekly emails, which include inspiration around different wellbeing themes to help you build new healthy habits, and some movement and mindfulness videos to follow in your own time.

You decide how much time and money you’d like to invest in this programme.

Our goal is that you come out the other side feeling positive and having achieved something – either a goal, a new lifestyle of healthy habits, or both!
