Emotional Agility

What would change in your organisation if your people truly knew themselves?

Emotional Agility – or more precisely, Psychological Agility – is the ability to think, feel and behave with a high level of emotional intelligence. More than just awareness – it’s the ability to adjust and adapt depending on the situation. This is about having awareness of our impact on others, as well as on ourselves, and taking accountability for how we show up. It’s not a personality trait. It’s a skill. And like all skills, it can be learned, practised and developed.

This is the proactive work. The investment you make in your people’s capacity before problems emerge – building the kind of culture where people feel safe enough to lead honestly, connect meaningfully, and show up as their whole selves.

Since Covid, the pressure on everyone at work has intensified – and managers have arguably felt it most. Expected to deliver results, support their team’s welfare, navigate constant change, and create inclusive environments for up to five different generations of employees simultaneously. It’s no surprise that 52% of managers are experiencing burnout.

This work is our response to that. And it’s personal – because we’ve lived it too.

Raise Your Human Game

Our flagship training experience – and the heart of everything we do.

Raise Your Human Game is an immersive, experiential programme designed for managers, leaders and teams who want to do the deeper work. Not a PowerPoint presentation in a conference room. A genuine human experience – with space for real conversations, honest reflection, and the kind of learning that actually changes behaviour rather than just describes it.

It’s tailored for peer groups of emerging, middle or senior leaders, or designed for specific teams looking to deepen connection and reset their culture together. Every session is bespoke. Nothing is off the shelf.

Emotional intelligence accounts for nearly 90% of what moves people up the ladder when IQ and technical skills are roughly similar – and yet almost nobody teaches it properly. We do.

Raise Your Human Game is built around four core areas. Each module stands alone. Together they build something lasting.

  • The Agile Leader: Before you can lead anyone else well, you have to understand yourself. This module is introspective by design – building the self-awareness, clarity on values, and emotional agility that everything else is built on. Because the most agile leaders aren’t the ones who never feel the pressure. They’re the ones who know how to work with it.
  • Leading Through Change and Uncertainty: Change at work is inevitable. So is the fact that everyone responds to it differently. This module helps leaders guide their teams through change with clarity, confidence and care – creating cultures where people feel supported and ready for whatever comes next.
  • Courageous Conversations: The quality of every relationship, every team and every culture comes down to one thing: how honestly people can talk to each other. This module builds the trust, vulnerability and courage it takes to have the conversations most people avoid – and to have them well.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Inclusive leadership isn’t about good intentions alone. It’s about intentionally bridging the gap between exclusion and inclusion – for everyone, and particularly for those who face the most discrimination. This module turns awareness into everyday inclusive behaviour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this training for?

Anyone in the workplace who leads, manages or regularly works with people. RYHG can be tailored for emerging leaders, middle managers or senior leadership teams – or designed for specific teams looking to deepen connection and improve how they work together. If you work with people, this is for you.

Is it suitable for all levels of seniority?

Yes. We tailor each programme to the peer group we’re working with. The modules are the same – the conversations, case studies and depth of challenge adjust to meet people where they are.

How long does the training take?

Raise Your Human Game is adaptable content (of four independent modules) depending on the time you have available. Talk to us about what works for your context.

Can it be delivered in-house?

Yes. All our training is founder-delivered and fully bespoke – designed around your organisation’s specific context, challenges and people. We don’t do off the shelf.

What happens after the training ends?

A lot, if it’s done well. We build action planning into every session – both individually and as a group – so people leave with concrete next steps, not just good intentions. For those who want to go deeper, 1:1 coaching is available alongside the group work.

What should I do next?

Talk to us. Tell us what’s going on with your people and your organisation – and we’ll tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
