- Do 3 squats
- Jog on the spot for 10 seconds
- Dance for 60 seconds (like no one is watching)
- Do 3 press-ups (against the wall)
- Throw 3 (pretend) punches
- Stretch for 30 seconds
- Do 10 shoulder rolls
- Stand up and move
- Touch my toes
- Do 5 star jumps / burpees
- Drink a glass of water
- Take my vitamin tablets / supplements
- Choose “the healthy” option
- Take a short walk outside
- Meal prep for tomorrow
- Plan my weekly meals
- Stretch my quads / hamstrings / glutes
- Snack on veg
- Swap a sugary option for a healthy one
- Do a 30 second plank
Remember, we’ve kept them purposely small. The key to forming a sustainable healthy habit is to get started and by keeping the habit as easy and as quick to do, you set yourself up for long-term success. The more you successfully maintain your habit, the easier it will become AND THEN, it will naturally build from there!
