Opening up the conversation around burnout
With 1 in 2 people in the workplace experiencing symptoms of burnout, it is more important than ever that organisations find ways to support their employees – to turn the tide and re-energise their workforces.
This 4 hour – Burnout Prevention Training is aimed specifically at people in the workplace* – to raise knowledge around burnout, build confidence in supporting an individual displaying symptoms of burnout and drive strategies to mitigate the risk of burnout.
In this session we will:
- Explore burnout – what it is, isn’t, the science and the statistics
- Uncover the signs and symptoms of burnout
- Share tools to support yourself to mitigate the risk of burnout
- Unpack the one powerful antidote to burnout – and secret to a thriving culture
- Practice how to step-in and support a colleague who is displaying signs of burnout
This session aims to blend science + theory with the art of possibility and experiential practice – and allows plenty of space for conversation around this important topic.
