Making an impact with Federated Hermes
We first partnered with investment bank Federated Hermes in late 2020 when they approached us to deliver a winter wellness programme to their employees.
As part of this programme we hosted a pilot mental health awareness training session to up-skill and support managers for more confident mental health conversations with their team.
Following the success of the pilot in December 2020, we’ve delivered a total of 6 half day Mental Health Awareness training sessions to 76 employees and have 3 more in the pipeline for the rest of 2022. We have also trained 18 Mental Health First Aiders across the business.
97% responded Yes to our survey question: “As a result of the training do you feel more confident supporting those with mental health challenges.”
POINT3 in September 2020 to create bespoke training for our Winter Wellbeing Programme. At the time, colleagues were navigating periods of lockdowns, shocking statistics about the pandemic and operating in a work environment that had to be lifted and dropped into our personal ones. The feedback from our programme was extremely positive, so we’ve been working with Sarah and the Point3 Wellbeing team ever since! One of our favourite parts about working with Point3 Wellbeing is that they share our belief that feedback and data is crucial to continually improving training experiences. The reports we’ve received from Sarah allow us to measure progress and make constructive changes to our wellbeing support. We’ve got Point3 Wellbeing on speed dial for our wellness sessions!Rachael Reeves, Talent Development Administrator said:

Excellent training – good balance of information and interaction. Good to deal with a sensitive topic in an open way.
