The Stress Agility Series

Learning how to (better) manage stress

Stress – it’s not going anywhere. However with the right knowledge, awareness, tools and techniques – it’s very possible for individuals to feel empowered and thriving – even in the midst of high stress and pressure.

Our Stress Agility Series typically covers the following 5 suggested modules over a 5 week period:

  • The One About Stress – Unpacking “stress” and exploring the physiological “stress response cycle” to build knowledge along with science-backed techniques to effectively manage stress as it occurs.
  • Finding Balance – Exploring individual wellbeing non-negotiable needs – to mitigate the risk of  burnout and ensure balance and boundaries between work and life
  • Managing Change – Taking personal  control to remain motivated and positive through challenging times of change
  • Building Resilience – Learning how to build emotional resilience in order to better cope with the day-to-day stresses of life
  • Supporting Others – Working through a case study to build practical ways to support a colleague/team member experiencing signs + symptoms of overwhelming stress.

We tailor the programme to ensure it feels as relevant and appropriate as possible – and can add or remove modules as needed.
