We have created this Being More Mindful 12 week programme where we hope to inspire you to be better today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today, whilst enjoying the journey and process each and every day – (knowing that not every day will go according to plan!).

Over the course of the next 12 weeks we want to support you to be more mindful, and to focus on an area of your life that is going to support your wellbeing giving you a positive focus for the next 12 weeks.
You should by now have spent some time looking at the pre-work, which includes thinking about the goal you’d like to set for the 12 weeks, and understanding ‘why’ you want to focus on that goal in particular.

Visualisations
Visualisation techniques are used by business leaders, sport professionals and even the military – to help them reach their goals and achieve optimal performance.
We have two visualisations for you – the Why Finder which is aimed at providing you with the inspiration to set your wellbeing goal in the first place, and the Mind Tuning – which helps you to focus on that goal once you have set it.
