A bittersweet update from POINT3

“Change and how to cope well amidst change” seems to be one of the biggest themes that has come out of our conversations with clients and HR professionals over recent months…

…And they are not alone, we too are also experiencing our own changes here at POINT3.

At the end of February 2024, we say goodbye to our very own Siôn (Stansfield) who is embarking on a new adventure, bringing his time with POINT3 to an end after 6 incredible years!

This is bittersweet because we are exceptionally happy for Siôn and his young family, but it comes with huge sadness as we are losing a wonderful co-founder, trainer and coach from POINT3 – a business that we set up together in February 2018 off the back of a deep friendship that was born from working together for many years in the corporate world.

Most importantly – this friendship will continue – as will Siôn’s legacy here at POINT3. Thank you Siôn for the memories of a lifetime. We will miss you.

Nicky (Morgan) and Sarah (Mayo) will continue to run POINT3, delivering training experiences that we hope make a meaningful difference for the people that we have the privilege of supporting in the workplace.

With every end is a new beginning… and we wish Siôn all the very best with his new beginnings, as we begin ours too.

Watch this space for updates from Nicky and Sarah and you can follow Sion here.
