We host weekly and monthly wellness events in Richmond-upon-Thames designed to support people out of the work environment to lead a balanced lifestyle. These events are as much about promoting mental health, as they are focused on physical health.

Our monthly wellbeing events are designed for individuals looking for both an energising and educational experience.
Combining HIIT work-outs with a relaxing mindfulness exercise, this will be an experience unlike any you’ve had before. The event will finish with a wellbeing talk with an expert covering different themes each month – providing tips and tricks to help you be the best version of you – in mind, body and soul.

In collaboration with TRO – a creative agency based in Richmond, we host weekly (free-to-attend) Wellbeing Wednesday events for the local community. In support of Richmond Borough Mind we ask for a small donation from attendees. This takes place every Wednesday at 6.15pm. All the details can be found here.
