Every Monday at 12pm (UK time) we offer a FREE live 20-minute relaxing, mindful session to anyone within our community – please invite friends and family!

Relaxation/mindfulness is scientifically proven to help reverse the effects of stress – something many of us are experiencing right now, in different guises.
