Feed your mind, body and soul during a 45 minute experience that will leave you energised, enlightened and inspired.
Created especially for those on a busy schedule, our workouts have been scientifically designed to reduce stress and increase happiness (and fitness) through a combination of movement and mindfulness.

5 September – HIIT+CHILL – High Intensity Interval Training + Mindfulness experience
12 September – STRETCH+CHILL – Dynamic/Static Stretch Fusion + Mindfulness experience
19 September – RUN+CHILL – 5k Run + Mindfulness experience
26 September – CHAT+CHILL – Monthly Wellbeing Discussion + Mindfulness experience
18.00 – Check-in and welcome for an 18.15 sharp start
19.00 – Finish and mingle
This is a free to attend event, but we welcome a £5 donation (or as much, as little as you feel you would like to give) on the day towards Mind charity.
