We host monthly wellbeing events for individuals looking for both an energising and educational experience.
Combining HIIT work-outs with a relaxing mind massage, this will be an experience unlike any you’ve had the opportunity to experience. The event will finish with a talk around wellbeing – providing tips and tricks to help you be the best version of you – in mind, body and soul.

In collaboration with TRO – an experience agency based in Richmond, we are putting on a weekly Wellbeing Wednesday event for the local community. This will take place every Wednesday at 6pm starting from Wednesday 5 September. All the details can be found here.
